A computer giant in Casa
The Sidi Maârouf district owes its name to an ancient scholar who dedicated his life to studying sacred texts. An important cultural centre in the past, the district has been transformed over the centuries and today has become a major economic centre in Morocco. Sidi Maârouf has actually become the new business district of Casablanca, located midway between the Mohammed V International Airport and the centre of Casablanca.
CASASHORE SA, a subsidiary of the Moroccan Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion Group, chose BYMARO to construct a new office building. Located right at the heart of Sidi Maârouf, these offices will be occupied by the American company Dell, the world's second largest computer manufacturer, thus becoming its largest business centre in Morocco. The premises are located in the offshore zone of the business district.
The M&E installations put in place by BYMARO include a high occupancy rate for offices (4 m² per person) as well as strict requirements in terms of fire detection and protection, complying with FM Global standards.
